Lead engines for modern med spas — est. 2024

A quiet machinethat fills yourcalendar.

We answer the calls you miss. We send the reminders you don't have time for. We bring back the patients who drifted away. Your team stays in the treatment rooms. The phone stays quiet. The calendar stays full.

Three new practices this quarter
Quietly. The way it should be.
What we are

Baba Agency, in a sentence.

Baba Agency is the agency that finally lets med spa owners stop answering the phone. We answer the calls you miss, send the right reminders at the right time, and bring back patients who drifted away — so your team stays in treatment rooms instead of chasing schedules.

  • No surprise invoices. $997 a month, plus a one-time $500 to get set up. Every text we send and every minute we spend on the phone for you — that's on us.
  • You're live in six days. We learn your voice, build your calendar around your providers, and quietly turn the engine on. After the kickoff call you don't have to think about any of it.
  • Pilots average 3.4× more booked appointments in their first ninety days, measured per provider. When the AI isn't sure of an answer it hands the call to your staff — never guesses, never pretends.

The system

Three quiet moves
that compound.

Every piece is built around the boring math: respond fast, follow up forever, and bring sleeping patients back. Then keep score.

01Front desk

Someone who answers the phone the way you would.

She picks up every call you miss — in your voice, with your warmth, knowing your services and your prices. She books the appointment straight into your calendar. Eighty-seven percent of the time, you never even know the call happened.

Inside the receptionist
02Cadence

Patients feel cared for, never bothered.

Confirmations the morning after booking. Reminders the day before. A gentle nudge if someone misses an appointment. Review requests when treatments go well — at exactly the right hour, never late at night, never to someone who asked you to stop.

Inside the cadence
03Reactivation

The patients who drifted away come back.

Hand us your list of past patients — even the ones you haven't seen in two years. We bring them back. Pilots wake up fourteen percent of dormant lists in the first month, without you writing a single message or making a single call.

Frequently asked

The answers
most people want.

Compliance, pricing, ownership, and what happens when the AI is uncertain. Plain answers, no asterisks.

What does Baba Agency actually do for my practice?

We answer the calls you miss, send the reminders you don't have time for, and bring back the patients who drifted away — so your team can stay in treatment rooms instead of chasing schedules. There's a receptionist who picks up every after-hours call in your voice, sequences that confirm and remind patients at exactly the right hour, and campaigns that wake up your dormant patient list. You do no marketing work; your calendar fills.

How much does it cost? Are there hidden fees?

$997 a month, plus a one-time $500 to get set up. Month-to-month after that — no annual contract, no exit fee, no surprise invoices. Every text we send and every minute we spend on the phone for you is included, however much your practice uses. What you sign is what you pay.

Are you allowed to text my patients? What about the legal side?

Yes — and we carry that weight so you don't have to. Every patient explicitly opts in before we send anything, no message ever goes out before 8 AM or after 8 PM in their local time, and if a patient ever asks us to stop we honor that instantly and forever. You don't need to think about the regulations; we've built the system around them.

What if the AI doesn't know how to answer a patient's question?

She hands the call to your staff. We trained her to recognize medical questions, anything that sounds like a complaint, and any topic she isn't confident about — and to escalate immediately rather than guess or pretend. About thirteen percent of calls work that way; the other eighty-seven percent she handles end-to-end without anyone needing to step in.

How long until I see my first new booking?

About six days from kickoff to your first appointment booked through the system. We give you a dedicated business phone line, learn your practice's voice from your website, build a booking calendar around your providers, and run a quiet test with you before turning the engine on. After that, you don't think about it.

Can you really bring back patients who haven't visited in over a year?

Yes — and this is usually where practices are most surprised. You hand us your list of past patients (we'll help you pull it from your booking system); we run a careful multi-touch sequence with offers calibrated to how long someone's been away. Most pilots wake up fourteen percent of their dormant list in the first month. Patients you'd given up on, back on your calendar, without you writing a single message.

Who owns my patient data and my phone number? What happens if I leave?

You do — completely. The phone number is provisioned in your practice's name; it's yours forever. The dashboard, the lead records, every message — yours, exportable any time. If you ever decide to leave, we hand you the number and a complete export within five business days. No hostage situations, no awkward conversations.
